Deformities of the Fingers

Fused fingers are called as syndactyly. It is a congenital anomaly and can be seen both between fingers and toes. This anomaly may cause functional and aesthetic problems. Treatment is mainly separating the fingers by operation. This operation can be performed as early as 3 months of age.
